Who we are

Drita Labs is a software company based in Tirana, Albania. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any question about your data, write to contact@dritalabs.ai.

What we collect

Partnership enquiries. When you use the form on our partnerships page, we receive your name, organisation, email address, country (optional), the type of partnership, the programme, call or tender (optional) and your message.

Emails and job applications. When you email us, including when you send a CV or an open application, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send.

Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project or partnership. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or is in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To assess job applications you send us, as a step towards a possible employment contract.
• To run and secure the website, which is in our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and safe service.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and processes form submissions.
• Discord, which we use to receive partnership enquiries in a private internal channel.
• Our email provider, for messages sent to contact@dritalabs.ai.

Some of these providers may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers. We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting discussions, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we enter into a contract.
• Job applications: up to 12 months after receipt, so we can consider you for suitable roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Technical data: for the short periods set by our hosting provider for security and operations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email contact@dritalabs.ai. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection; in the European Union, the authority in the country where you live or work.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not use third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
